Emmanuel Baptist Church Hosts ‘Jazz Vespers’ featuring Lauren Henderson
Jazz and Latin Jazz vocalist and composer Lauren Henderson wowed the congregation at Emanuel Baptist Church on New Years Eve. Currently based in New York and Miami, Lauren has toured Europe,Latin America and throughout the US. Her up coming album will be produced by Mark Ruffin.
Henderson plans to release an album under the direction of Grammy-nominated Producer Mark Ruffin. This album will feature Artist like Josh Evans,Godwin Louis , Sullivan Foster and many others.
The Jazz Vespers concert series got its start in NYC, it has since spread through out the US. The concert/service continues in this manner with the pastor sharing ideas with words and the band with music.
