Rev. Dr. Robert M. Waterman shares Emancipation Day Message

AACEO was started in 1989 under the leadership of Rev. Dr. Waterman and meets monthly at Antioch Baptist Church in Brooklyn. The organization has spearheaded efforts to build collaborative opportunities and strengthen ties between clergy, community stakeholders and elected officials. AACEO serves as a conduit for networking and information sharing between all levels of governments and faith-based institutions to address issues important to African Americans and communities of color.
