Roseville Community Charter School Family Holiday Ice Skating Night at Winter Village

Roseville Community Charter School sponsored up to 150 scholars and their parents for a Family Holiday Ice Skating Night at Winter Village in beautiful downtown Newark! 135 scholars and parents attended the event plus a host of RCCS teachers and administrators, including Dr. Ledford, Executive Director / Superintendent and new building principal, Mr. Kenya Moncur. It was night full of holiday fun for all in attendance, and for many of the scholars and their parents, it was a first time experience ice skating! “This is a night that these children will remember for the rest of their lives!” said Dr. Carrion, RCCS parent. “Here at RCCS, we believe that children should be exposed to many different experiences to unlock both their imagination and their true potential. We are a community school, so this was a great opportunity to expose our families to more of what the City of Newark has to offer!” ~ Dr. Dionne Ledford, RCCS Executive Director / Superintendent.
