Kim McClain Takes Over at Newark Alliance
On Wednesday evening, August 2nd, at the Prudential Center, Newark Alliance, Newark’s leading business roundtable, unveiled its new strategic plan designed to support the revitalization of Newark’s economy. Alliance President and CEO Kimberly McLain, along with special guest Newark Mayor Ras J. Baraka, discussed the Alliance’s strategic priorities and how they support Newark’s local and regional economies. The long-term strategic plan will serve as an innovative roadmap to guide the Alliance over the next several years as it seeks to pursue innovative workforce strategies and foster inclusive economic growth for Newark residents, businesses and visitors alike.
