In loving memory of Rev. Dr. William L. Watkins, Jr. : Preacher, Church Historian, Publisher (Harlem Evening News), Photographer and original Harlem distributor of The Positive Community magazine. Dr. Watkins made his transition on April 6. He was 91 years old.
