There’s something powerful about starting an exercise program. Many of you made resolutions for the new year, and, regrettably, you haven’t kept your word to yourself. But don’t lose hope. Don’t fall into despair.
I’m not here to judge—I’m here to help you.
That’s why I created Fit in 15, an exercise program designed for our church family and anyone in need of support.
The science behind this is incredible. If you simply start exercising—even for just 15 minutes once per week—you can begin to form the habit of movement, which leads to consistency and results.
Too many people start strong but burn out quickly. They commit to working out four or five days a week, only to quit after a month or two. But did you know that it’s better to exercise one day a week consistently for an entire year than to go hard for a short time and give up?
Fitness is about consistency and intensity—not perfection. I’ve been teaching that for 25 years, and now I’m offering something to help you start strong and stay on track.
Every Saturday morning, I’m live online, leading the Fit in 15 class—a beginner-friendly session from 7:00–7:15 AM, and a power-boost session from 7:30–7:45 AM.
You don’t have to leave your home. You don’t even have to turn your camera on. Just log in and move with me.
