Neighborhood Technical Assistance Clinic (NTAC) Founder and CEO Rev. Dr. Valerie Oliver Durrah welcomed guests to the organization’s White Party and Gala on June 1 at Giando on the Water in Brooklyn. The highly anticipated, annual event featured a steel drum band and stilt walkers who entertained attendees by the riverside on a beautiful, early summer evening.
